中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿腹泻的临床观察

目的观察中药穴位贴敷运用于小儿腹泻病的临床效果。方法选择2018年7月—2019年7月收治的腹泻患儿78例,以随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组39例。对照组口服蒙脱石散,其中轻中度脱水小儿口服补液盐补液,重度脱水患儿给予静脉补液。在对照组治疗方法的基础上,应用中药穴位贴敷治疗。观察2组患儿大便恢复正常时间、发热消退时间、粪便常规恢复正常时间、腹痛缓解时间等观察指标,比较治疗效果。结果研究组的大便恢复正常时间、粪便常规恢复正常时间、腹痛缓解时间及发热消退时间等均比对照组短(P<0.05),且研究组的治疗总有效率明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对腹泻患儿运用中药穴位贴敷,可显著改善患儿呕吐、腹泻、腹痛等症状,缩短患儿大便性状恢复时间及发热消退时间,有效缓解腹痛症状,临床效果较好,值得在临床小儿腹泻病的治疗中推广使用。

Clinical Observation of Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Children With Diarrhea

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine in children with diarrhea.Methods 78 children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group with 39 cases in each group.In the control group,montmorillonite powder was taken orally,in which the children with mild to moderate dehydration were taken orally with rehydration salt,while the children with severe dehydration were given intravenous rehydration.On the basis of the treatment in the control group,acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine was used.The recovery time of defecation,fever,stool routine and abdominal pain were observed and the therapeutic effect was compared.Results The time of stool recovery,stool routine recovery,abdominal pain relief and fever relief in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the vomiting,diarrhea,abdominal pain and other symptoms of children with diarrhea,shorten the recovery time of stool characteristics and the time for fever to subside,and effectively alleviate the abdominal pain symptoms.The clinical effect is good,which is worth promoting in the treatment of children with diarrhea.
