| Abstract: | Constrictive pericarditis following Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery is an uncommon disorder. We report a patient who developed constrictive pericarditis after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting. After an unsuccessful trial of medical management and pericardial tapping, he underwent pericardiectomy via a left posterolateral thoracotomy. |
