| 摘 要： | 利妥昔单抗是针对B淋巴细胞表面CD20抗原的单克隆抗体.而浆细胞无CD20抗原.利妥昔单抗对于狼疮肾炎、抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体相关性血管炎、难治性微小病变型肾病、局灶性节段性肾小球硬化症、特发性膜性肾病的治疗是有效的而且安全的,但对IgA肾病无效.本文就利妥昔单抗在肾脏病中的应用作一综述.

| Abstract: | As a monoclonal antibody targeting CD20 on the surface of B lymphocytes,rituximab causes the dissolution of B cells through immune action.Plasma cells lack CD20 antigen.Rituximab is both effective and safe for lupus nephritis,ANCA-associated vasculitis,refractory minimal change nephropathy,focal segmental glomerulosclerosis and membranous nephropathy,but not for IgA nephropathy.This review summarized the applications of rituximab in the treatment of renal diseases. |
