| 摘 要： | 脂噬是细胞通过活化自噬相关分子,选择性识别和降解脂滴胆固醇酯和甘油三酯形成游离胆固醇、脂肪酸和甘油的过程,其主要作用是降解脂质、防止细胞内脂质过度蓄积,但在不同疾病中脂噬的作用有一定区别。本文就脂噬在多种脂代谢疾病中的调控作用做一综述。

| Abstract: | Lipophagy is a process in which cells selectively recognize and degrade lipid droplets of cholesterol and triglycerides to form free fatty acids and glycerol by activating autophagy-related molecules. The main role of lipophagy is to degrade lipids and prevent excessive accumulation of lipids in cells. But the role of lipophagy in different diseases is different. This article reviews the regulatory effects of lipophages in a variety of lipid metabolism diseases. |
