| 摘 要： | 目的：观察幽门螺杆菌（HP）相关性消化性溃疡（胃／十二指肠溃疡）根除HP治疗的常用三联治疗方案7d疗程和14d疗程的疗效和安全性。方法：将60例HP检测（尿素酶法）阳性的消化性溃疡患者随机分为A组和B组各30例，A组治疗7d，B组治疗14d，观察HP根除情况，溃疡愈合情况以及不良反应。结果：临床总有效率B组明显优于A组（P〈0．01）。结论：14d疗程明显优于7d疗程，药物不良反应无明显增加。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of the commonly used triple therapy program for 7 days' cure and 14 days' cure to eradicate helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer Methods:First divide 60 cases detected HP (urea enzymatic) positive peptic ulcer patients randomly into Group A and Group B(each with 30 cases).Group A was given the treatment of 7 days and group B of 14 days. Then observe the eradication of Helicobacter Pylori ,ulcer conglutination,and side effect. Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher in group B than in group A(P<0.01). Conclusion:The 14 days' cure were obviously better than the 7 days' cure, no significant increase of drug adverse reactions. |
