| 摘 要： | 目的设计及建立选择性失神经咬肌的动物模型,为临床外科提供实验资料和理论依据。方法实验兔共计75只,随机平均分为3个实验组:离断咬肌神经干组、离断咬肌神经上分支组、离断咬肌神经下分支组;每只动物作自身对照,均以右侧咬肌为试验侧,左侧咬肌为对照侧。建立选择性失神经咬肌动物模型,并行超声检测肌细胞组织化学,比较肌肉厚度及肌纤维变化。结果与正常咬肌相比,离断神经咬肌厚度减小(P<0.05),肌纤维截面积减小(P<0.05),而且切断不同的神经减小的幅度不同;肌纤维类型及肌细胞结构无明显变化。结论切断咬肌神经及其分支,离断咬肌神经咬肌厚度及肌纤维大小减小,离断不同的神经,咬肌的厚度及肌纤维大小变化也不相同,但不影响实验动物的进食活动。所以,本模型有效、可靠,适用于失神经咬肌的动物实验研究。
