针刺配合白木香根治疗颈性眩晕50例

目的 :探讨针刺、针刺配合闽东青草白木香根治疗颈性眩晕。方法 :对 10 0例以眩晕为主要症状的颈椎病进行随机分组治疗 ,5 0例针刺治疗 ,另 5 0例针刺配合白木香根治疗。结果 :针刺组有效率80 % ,针药组有效率 94 % ,经统计学处理 ,P <0 .0 5 ,有显著差异。结论 :针刺治疗颈性眩晕是重要的治疗方法 ,但针刺与服药配合优于针刺组 ,说明白木香根有促进病情康复。

Cervical vertigo treated with acupuncture and costusroot:50 cases reported

Aim:To discuss that cervical vertigo was treated with acupuncture and white costusroot.Methods:The 100 cervical vertigo cases were divided randomly into two groups.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and white costusroot,while the controlled group was only treated with acupuncture.The results:The total validity rate of the treatment group was 80%,while the controlled group was 94%.By statistics,the difference was significant ( P <0.05).The conclusion:The method is operative that cervical vertigo was treated with acupuncture and costusroot;The treatment group was better than the controlled group.The results showed that the white costusroot can promote recovery of the cervical vertigo.
