石杉碱甲联合心脑舒通对血管性痴呆患者的疗效评价

目的：评价石杉碱甲联合心脑舒通对血管性痴呆的疗效。方法：随机将61例血管性痴呆患者分成两组：心脑舒通组;联合用药组。心脑舒通组接受心脑舒通治疗,联合用药组接受石杉碱甲加心脑舒通治疗,共12wk。分别在0wk、6wk及12wk按简易精神状态检查、修订的长谷川痴呆量表进行评定,并比较治疗前后血脂的变化。结果：联合用药组的简易精神状态检查、修订的长谷川痴呆量表评分在治疗前后均有明显差异。联合用药组在认知评定方面较心脑舒通组明显改善。两组的总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白在治疗前后也有明显差异。结论：石杉碱甲联合并心脑舒通治疗血管性痴呆的疗效优于心脑舒通。

Evaluation on the therapeutic efficacy of Xinnao Shutong Capsule combined with Huperzine A on the patients with vascular dementia

Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Huperzine A combined with Xinnao Shutong on vascular dementia.Methods：Sixty-one patients who had vascular dementia were randomly divided into two groups：Xinnao Shutong group and combined treatment group.The patients in Xinnao Shutong group just received Xinnao Shutong treatment and those in combined treatment group received Huperzine A plus Xinnao Shutong treatment for 12 weeks.All the patients received mini-mental status examination（MMSE）at 0,6th,and 12th week and revised Hasegawa dementia scale was used to evaluate the severity of dementia.The differences in plasma lipid levels were compared before and after treatment.Results：There were significant differences in the scores evaluated by MMSE and the revised Hasegawa dementia scale in combined treatment group before and after treatment.The dementia was significantly alleviated in combined treatment group compared with single Xinnao Shutong treatment group.The plasma levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,and low-density lipoprotein（LDL）had significant difference in the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Huperzine A combined with Xinnao Shutong is superior than single Xinnao Shutong treatment.
