陈香露白露胶囊对小鼠胃排空和肠运动的影响

目的　观察陈香露白露胶囊高剂量 (1.2 g kg)、中剂量 (0 .6 g kg)、低剂量 (0 .3g kg)灌胃给药 ,对小鼠肠道运动、胃排空及疼痛的影响 ,并与相同剂量的片剂进行了比较。方法　用小肠碳末推进的百分率和测定胃内甲基橙的光密度值测定小鼠的胃肠运动 ;测定冰醋酸所致扭体反应的次数观察该药的镇痛作用。结果　陈香露白露胶囊高、中剂量组对正常肠道运动无明显影响 ,陈香露白露胶囊和片剂的高、中剂量组可以明显减慢新斯的明引起的肠运动增快 ,使其恢复至正常水平。陈香露白露胶囊高、中、低剂量和片剂高、中剂量对冰醋酸所致扭体反应均有明显抑制作用。陈香露白露胶囊和片剂对小鼠胃排空均无明显作用。结论　陈香露白露抑制新斯的明引起的肠运动增快可能与抗胆碱作用有关 ,胶囊抑制醋酸诱发的扭体反应优于片剂

Effects of Chen-xiang-lu-bai-lu on gastric motility, intestinal peristalsis in mice

objective Effects of Chen xiang lu bai lu (Chen, both of capsule and tablet were used ) on intestinal peristalsis, gastric emptying and analgesia in mice were observed.Methods The percentage of intestinal charcoal powder removal was measured after administration both of capsules or tablets of Chen at different dose. The percentage of gastric emptying was computed by optical density of methyl orange (helianthine).The count of wrenching abdomen reaction induced by diluted acetic acid were determined.Results It was showed that o.6g/kg, 1.2g/kg capsules and tablets of Chen minimized the percentage of intestinal charcoal powder removal induced by neostigmine to normal level, but not by morphine and saline. Capsules of Chen 0.3g/kg, 0.6g/kg and 1.2g/kg significantly decreased the count of wrenching abdomen reaction induced by dilute acetic acid in mice, and the same effect was induced by 0.6g/kg and 1.2g/kg tablets of Chen. Both capsules and tablets of Chen showed to have no obviously effects on the percentage of helianthine gastric emptying.Conclusions The results suggested that the inhibitory effect of Chen on intestinal peristalsis induced by neostigmine in mice may be related to anticholine action, and the effect of capsule of Chen may be more potent likely than that of tablet of Chen.
