臭氧治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效评价

摘    要:目的评价臭氧治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的有效性和安全性。方法采用随机对照、开放设计,入选外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者120例。其中试验组60例接受臭氧治疗,对照组60例接受达克宁栓治疗,于治疗前、治疗结束后第3d观察临床症状及体征。并进行阴道分泌物病原学检查。结果治疗结束后第3d,试验组和对照组的痊愈率分别为85.0%和56.7%,有效率分别为96.7%和91.7%。症状平均缓解时间分别为2.3d和2.8d,念珠菌阴转率均为100%。两组之间比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。120例病例中无不良事件与严重不良事件发生。蛄论臭氧治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病安全、有效。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ozone in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods A randomized, controlled and open clinical trial on treatment of 120 cases with vulvovaginal candidiasis was conducted. 60 cases in trial group were treated with ozone and another 60 in control group were given miconazole nitrate suppositories. The results in both groups were compared. Results The cure rates were 85.0% in trial group and 56.7% in control group 3 days after the end of treatment, the effective rates were 96.7% in trial group and 91.7% in control group, the average periods of symptom relieving were 2.3 days in trial group and 2.8 days in control group, without showing significant differences between the two groups (P>0. 05). The pathogen-eradication rates were 100% in trial group and 100% in control group, without showing significant differences between the two groups (P>0. 05).There no adverse reactions and severe side effects occurred to the 120 cases. Conclusion Ozone is effective and safe in treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.
