| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨部分性脾栓塞术 (PSE)治疗脾功能亢进的疗效。方法 :采用Seldinger技术经股动脉行超选择性脾动脉插管 ,分析部分性脾动脉栓塞治疗脾功能亢进的疗效。结果 :30例脾亢病人均收到良好的疗效 ,脾下极动脉栓塞组较脾动脉主干栓塞组术后反应轻微。结讨 :部分性脾栓塞是治疗脾功能亢进安全有效的方法 ;脾下极动脉栓塞在收到良好疗效的同时可使术后反应有所减轻。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of using aniso method in the treatment of hypersplenism with Partial Splenic Embolism(PSE).Methods:Ultra-selective splenic arterial cannulatio transfemoral artery with Seldinger technique and the result of PSE was analysised. Results:Satisfactory effect was received in all 30 patiens with hypersplenism, but inferior splenic artery embolization could reduces the reaction than in main splenic artery. Conclusion: PSE is safety and effectiveness in treatment of hypersplenism, at the same time the reaction may be reduced by inferior splenic artery embolization. |
