| 摘 要： | 依据科学性、系统性、实用性和可操作性原则,分析国内卫生管理部门质量监管需求和医疗机构质量管理需求,调查现有医院信息系统及信息公司相关产品中医疗质量实时监控功能,研究确立医疗服务流程关键监控点,并构建医疗质量实时监控指标共685个,以便对医疗过程质量进行实时监控.
