经皮腘静脉插管造影股浅──腘静脉瓣膜功能分析

目的：探讨股浅—静脉瓣膜功能在下肢静脉倒流性疾病诊断中的意义。材料与方法：45例患者，54条下肢经穿造影，共检测股浅—静脉中195对瓣膜的4种功能（正常、轻度、中度、重度损害）。结果：多数患肢瓣膜功能表现不一，瓣膜功能以中度损害为主，倒流程度在Ⅱ级以上的下肢均存在着中度以上的瓣膜损害，下肢深静脉倒流程度与瓣膜功能损害不完全一致。结论：穿造影中下肢深静脉倒流程度与瓣膜功能相结合。更能说明下肢静脉倒流性疾病的轻、重程度。

Analysis of the Valvular Function of Vena Femoro-Poplitea by PTPV

Purpese: To explore the diagnostic value of superficial femoral and popliteal venous valvular functions in lower limb venous reflux diseases. Materials and methods: 54 Percutaneous Transluminal Popliteal Venography (PTPV) were done in 45 patients,functions of 195 pairs of venous valvular in superficial and popliteal venous were evaluated. Results: Different extent of venous valvular impairment were discovered, moderate impairment were most often shown. Moderate of more severe venous valvular impairment existed in all grade 2 or above reflux. Extent of deep venous reflux did not correspond with that of venous valvular impairment completely.Conclusion: In PTPV, combination of extent of venous reflux and venous valvular functions are more useful for evaluation of severities of lower limb venous reflux diseases.
