| 摘 要： | 目的了解鲍曼不动杆菌在本院的分布，动态观察其耐药性发展情况，为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用回顾性方法统计分析2006～2008年本院178株鲍曼不动杆菌的标本来源及耐药状况。结果本院分离的鲍曼不动杆菌痰标本检出率最高（86．0％）。鲍曼不动杆菌对常用抗菌药物具有明显的耐药性，除亚胺培南、美罗培南等少数药物敏感率较高外，对其他抗菌药物耐药率较高，哌拉西林、头孢他啶、复方新诺明等耐药率高达60％以上。结论多重耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌感染在临床上呈上升趋势，因此对鲍曼不动杆菌进行规范的连续的耐药监测，及时发现耐药菌株，对临床调整治疗方案、预防医院感染的发生是十分重要的。

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose is to investigate the distribution of A.baumannii in our hospital and observe its drug fast situation dynamically and provide basis for proper application of antibiotics.Methods To analyze retrospectively 178 specimens ofA.baumannii and its drug fast situation in our hospital from 2006 to 2008.
