恶性肿瘤相关物质群的测定及其临床应用价值

目的 :检测恶性肿瘤相关物质群(TSGF)的特异性及灵敏度 ,并评价其临床应用价值。方法 :测定 5 92例恶性肿瘤、88例良性肿瘤、2 98例非肿瘤性疾病患者和 3 90例正常人的血清TSGF水平并分析其与临床诊断符合率。测定其中 13 6例TSGF阳性恶性肿瘤根治性治疗后的血清TSGF水平 ,分析其在肿瘤患者的预后判断和随访过程中的意义。结果 :恶性肿瘤 (A组 )、良性肿瘤(B组 )、非肿瘤性疾病 (C组 )、恶性肿瘤根治性治疗后 (D组 )及正常人 (E组 )的血清TS GF平均值分别为 72 69、66 0 8、63 19、5 8 67和 5 6 15U/mL。经统计学分析 ,差异有统计学意义的有A组和B组 ,P <0 0 5 ,A组和C组、A组和D组、A组和E组、B组和D组及B组和E组 ,均P <0 0 0 1,而B组和C组及D组和E组差异无统计学意义 ,P >0 0 5。TSGF诊断恶性肿瘤的灵敏度为 65 71%( 3 89/5 92 ) ,特异性为 89 43 % ( 694/776) ,诊断恶性肿瘤的阳性预测价值为 82 5 9%( 3 89/4 71) ,阴性预测价值为 77 3 7% ( 694/897)。结论 :血清TSGF水平检测对恶性肿瘤的筛查、TSGF阳性恶性肿瘤根治术后观察疗效和随访有意义

Detection of serum tumor supplied group of factors (TSGF) and its clinical significance

OBJECTIVE:To understand the specificity and the sensitivity of tumor supplied group of factors (TSGF), and evaluate its clinical significance.METHODS:Serum TSGFs in 592 cases malignant tumors , 88 cases benign tumors,298 cases of non-tumor diseases and 390 cases of normal control were detected with the chemical colorimetry.Moreover,136 patients that the TSGF was positive preoperatively were examined at the time 1 and 3 months after radical surgery.RESULTS:Mean levels of serum TSGF in the patients with malignant tumors (group A), benign tumors (group B), non-tumor diseases (group C), the patients who after radical operation (group D) and the normal control (group E) were 72.69, 66.08, 63.19, 58.67 and 56.15 U/mL respectively.There were significant differences between group A and group B,P<0.05, group A and group C, group A and group D, group A and group E, group B and group D, group B and group E,P<0.001, respectively. There were no significant differences between group B and group C, group D and group E,P>0.05, respectively.The sensitivity was 65.71%(389/592), the specificity was 89.43%(694/776), the predictive value of a positive test was 82.59%(389/471) and the predictive value of a negative test was 77.37%(694/897) in the diagnosis of malignant diseases. CONCLUSIONS:Serum TSGF increased in malignant tumors and may be helpful for screening of cancer.In addition,serum TSGF may be a useful index of efficacy in the follow-up in malignant tumors with positive TSGF.
