687例婴幼儿四肢骨骼发育X线研究

对687名体格发育良好的婴幼儿作上、下肢多部位照片检查。采用5％到95％的正常范围统计各骨化中心在不同年龄组出现的百分率,并与国内有关资料进行比较,说明研究地区性骨化发育标准有重要意义。

Limb Bones Development in Infants: A Radiological Study of 867 Cases

In this paper, we present the result of radiological study of limb bones de- velopment in 867 infants aged 0 to 3 years. The physical development was well in all infants. They were divided into 30 groups. A photograph of upper and lower extremity was taken for every one. In every age group the percentage of appearances of ossification centre was managed by using statistics. The groups when their appearances of 26 ossification centre arrivel to 5% and 95% were set as an anterior and posterior limit age groups respectively. The ranges of ossification age were compared with the study of Zhang Naishu. In our study among 26 ossification centres of limb bones expanding in range of ossification age accounted for 53. 8% (14/26), delaying at the anterior and posterior limits were 23.0% (6/26), and advancing at the posterior limit were 11. 5%(3/26). The results suggested that studying the criterion of bone development in diffe- rent area would be significant.
