| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不良妊娠结局及不孕与TORCH感染间的关系,以及如何早期发现孕期胎儿异常及各种病毒在宫腔内感染对育龄妇女所造成的不良结局。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附实验方法,检测我院门诊2000年2月~2007年8月间2 000名行产前检查和不孕妇女血清TORCH-IgM。结果:2 000名受检者中TOX-IgM阳性21例;阳性率1.5%;RV-IgM阳性12例,阳性率0.6%;CMV-IgM阳性15例,阳性率0.75%;HSV-IgM阳性28例,阳性率1.4%。结论:TORCH感染是引起不良妊娠结局和导致不孕原因的重要危险因素,应重视TORCH病原体感染的早期筛查。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the relation between bad pregnancy outcome,sterility and TORCH infection,and to explore how to find the abnormality of pregnancy fetus and bad outcome caused by all kinds of viruses to women of childbearing age.Methods:Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to test TORCH IgM in 1880 pregnant women and 120 sterile women.Results:In 2000cases,21 cases were TOX-IgM positive(1.5%),12 cases were RV-IgM positive(0.6%),15 cases were CMV-IgM positive(0.75%),28 cases were HSV-lgM positive(1.4%).Conclusions:TORCH infections are the important dangerous factors causing bad pregnancy outcome and sterility.The early screening of TORCH pathogen infection should be paid much attention to. |
