烟雾病患儿全脑血管造影检查前后的护理

总结35例烟雾病患儿全脑血管造影术前后的护理经验。除做好动脉造影的一般护理外，更应防止或减少围术期的缺血性发作。烟雾病患儿大多处于学龄期，术前做好心理护理保持患儿情绪稳定，术前1d留置套管针减少穿刺次数，避免反复疼痛刺激引起缺血性发作。术后给予静脉补液，严格控制输液速度为40～60ml/h，补液总量控制在500～1000ml；低流量面罩吸氧6～24h，氧流量为1．5-2L/h，防止氧流量过大引起氧中毒；烟雾病缺血性发作具有隐蔽性的特点，严密观察患儿神志、瞳孔、生命体征的变化及各肢体的情况，并注意有无颅内出血发生。本组35例烟雾病患儿通过精心护理顺利度过围手术期。
