| 摘 要： | 通过对２０名恒牙初期安氏Ｉ类错Ｈｅ畸形并伴有明显口呼吸症状的患者软组织侧貌进行Ｘ线头影测量分析，发现此类患者的软组织侧貌与正常Ｈｅ人的软组织侧貌比较，额部、鼻部、唇部的位置基本一致，颏部略后缩，上下唇倾斜度增大，突度增大，表现为上下唇外翻，双唇增厚。患者的磨牙关系虽为安氏Ｉ类，但软组织侧貌还是有安氏Ⅱ类的倾向。
