改良微创抽剥术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床探讨

目的探讨改良微创抽剥术即限制性内翻剥脱（即大隐静脉主干限制剥脱到膝下3 cm）加点式抽剥术治疗下肢静脉曲张的手术方法及疗效评价。方法系统回顾研究的96例（共98条下肢）下肢静脉曲张患者的临床资料,观察其手术时间、术后住院时间、并发症及手术效果评价等。结果该组中所有患肢行该术式所需手术时间平均为42 min,手术后5～7 d出院,无严重并发症且手术效果满意。结论改良微创抽剥术是外科治疗下肢静脉曲张的一种安全、简单、微创、有效的方法。

Clinical Discussion of the Improved Minimally Invasive Stripping Surgery to Treat Varicose Veins

Objective To evaluate the surgical methods and clinical evaluation using the improved minimally invasive stripping surgery namely turning exfoliation restricted(the great saphenous vein is exfoliated limit to below the knee 3cm)and point stripping to treat varicose veins.Methods The clinical data of 96 cases(98 limbs) from January 2006 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed to observe the operation time,postoperative hospital days,complications,results of operations and evaluation.Results The average time of the operation was 42 minutes,discharged 5～7 days after surgery without serious complications and surgical results were satisfactory.Conclusion Improved minimally invasive stripping surgery was a safe,simple,minimally invasive and effective treatment.
