某多晶硅生产副产物四氯化硅循环利用项目职业病危害控制效果评价

目的对某多晶硅生产副产物四氯化硅循环利用项目产生的职业病危害因素进行检测分析及控制效果评价。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、工程分析、职业病危害因素检测检验,对本项目进行评价。结果本建设项目生产过程中产生或存在主要职业病危害因素有凝聚SiO2粉尘、单质硅粉尘、盐酸、氯气、氢氧化钠、噪声、高温、热辐射等;经测定气相SiO2制备车间中控操作工、包装工接触粉尘的浓度分别是2.8、2.6 mg/m3,包装工接触噪声强度85.8 dB(A),均超过职业接触限值。结论本项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,防护措施存在一些问题,但如能按报告的要求整改,可以通过竣工验收。建议政府有关部门注意废物利用项目的职业卫生问题。

Control effect of occupational hazards in construction project of silicon tetrachloride

Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards in construction project of silicon tetrachloride,and assess the control effect of occupational hazards.Methods The methods of collection data,field investigation of occupational health,engineering analysis,and detection of occupational hazard factors were applied.Results The occupational hazard factors in the construction project were condensed silica dust,silicon powder,chlorine,chlorine hydride or hydrochloric acid,sodium hydroxide,potassium hydroxide,noise,high temperature and thermal radiation.Dust concentration of visiting workers in fumed silica workroom＇s controlling-room was 2.8 mg/m3,and dust concentrations of workers in product coverer site was 2.6 mg/m3.The dust concentrations of these sites exceeded the occupational exposure limits.The intensity of noise of equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level to a nominal 8 h working day was 85.8 dB（A）,exceeding the occupational exposure limits.Conclusion The project belong to the serve occupational disease hazards units.There are some items of occupational hazards prevention needed to be improved in the construction,if it can be improved according to this report about control effect of occupational hazards,the construction project is basically feasible.It is suggested that the relevant government departments pay attention to occupation health problem of the waste utilization project.
