导师的指导能力与基础医学研究生培养质量关系浅析

目的在分析影响导师指导能力因素的基础上,阐述提升导师指导能力所面临的新挑战,探讨提升导师指导能力对于提高研究生培养质量的重要意义。方法结合郑州大学基础医学院在导师遴选及研究生培养工作中的体会进行分析阐述,论证提升导师指导能力对于提高研究生培养质量的必要性。结果通过分析导师的科研水平、管理水平、责任心、基础医学的生源和质量,研究生的科研态度及整体学习氛围等,提出了提升导师指导能力的关键因素,最终对提高研究生培养质量的新途径进行了有益的探索,对河南省高校研究生培养工作提供了参考和借鉴。结论新形势下只有提高导师的遴选和考核标准,同时提高研究生毕业标准,实行淘汰制,才能加强研究生创新能力培养并进一步提高研究生培养质量。

Analysis of the Relationship of Instructor Capability and Cultivation Quality of Basic Medical Graduate

Objective To enhance instructor capability facing new challenges,ways to enhance the mentoring capacity for improving graduate training quality on the basis of the analysis of factors affect the ability of instructors to explain the significance.Methods Zhengzhou University School of Medicine mentor selection and post-graduate training work experience,analyzed and discussed,and demonstrated to enhance the mentoring capacity for the need to improve graduate education quality.Results The analysis of the mentor’s research level,management level,sense of responsibility,the basis of medical students and quality postgraduate research attitude and the overall learning atmosphere,enhance the ability of instructors,the final quality of the new for Improving Graduate Education the way to a useful exploration,provide a reference for the province university postgraduate training.Conclusion Only by improving the selection of instructors and assessment standards under the new situation,at the same time improve the standard of graduate school,the implementation of the elimination system,in order to strengthen the creative ability of and further improve the quality of graduate education.
