| 摘 要： | 目的观察氨溴索防治胸部微创术后肺部并发症的临床效果。方法将210例开胸手术的患者随机分为实验组（105例）和对照组（105例）,两组均在常规治疗基础上,实验组给予氨溴索15 mg×2＋生理盐水10ml雾化吸入,对照组给予庆大霉素8万U＋地塞米松5 mg＋生理盐水10 ml雾化吸入。结果实验组肺部并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,排痰效果显著（P〈0.05）,胸腔闭式引流管拔管提前,无出现急性呼吸窘迫综合征病例,平均住院日缩短。结论氨溴索雾化吸入可有效地防治胸部微创手术后肺部并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of mucosolvan spray inhalation on lung complications after tnoracotomy.Methods 210 patients after tnoracotomy were divided into experimental group with 105 cases and control group with 105 cases.Based on conventional therapy,the experimental group was treated by spray inhalation of 15 mg×2 mucosolvan in 10 ml NS,and the control group was treated by 80 000 IU gentamycin and 5 mg dexamethasone in 10 ml NS.Results The experimental group showed low incidence rate of lung complication(P<0.05),significant effect of sputum elimination(P<0.05).Compare with control group,extubation of thoracic close drainage in experimental group was earlier,and the average length of stay was shorter,also.Conclusion Mucosolvan spray inhalation can effectively prevent and cure lung complications after tnoracotomy. |
