大连市某酒店集中空调通风系统运行期间经常性卫生学评价

目的对某三星级酒店集中空调通风系统运行期间进行经常性卫生学评价,确保其运行期间卫生质量符合要求。方法采用风险评估法、检查表分析法和系统工程分析法进行评价。结果卫生检测结果显示空调系统中的积尘量总超标率为20%,送风中的细菌总数总超标率为20%,真菌总数总超标率为60%。集中空调设备设施卫生状况存在一定的安全隐患。结论对存在安全隐患的设备设施进行整改,并对空调系统进行清洗和消毒,经再次检测评价合格后方可运行。

Regular hygienic assessment of central air conditioning ventilation systems in the hotel of Dalian

Objective To carry on regular hygienic assessment on the central ventilation and air conditioning systems in the hotel so as to guarantee sanitary safety of central air-conditioner.Methods The central ventilation and air conditioning systems were evaluated by the methods of risk assessment,check list,systematic engineering method.Results The sanitation detection showed that 20% for the collected dust weight,20% for the total count of aerobic bacterial and 60% for the total count of fungus in the air condition systems exceeded the standard limits.Hygienic status of the central ventilation and air conditioning systems existed hidden danger.Conclusion Air conditioning and ventilation systems need to clean and disinfect.The project can be operated after the mechanical facilities layout and the hygiene management is improved.
