| 摘 要： | 目的研究羟乙桂胺-β-环糊精包合物的制备方法。方法采用饱和溶液法制备羟乙桂胺-β-环糊精包合物，并采用红外光谱、紫外光谱进行鉴定。结果羟乙桂胺-β-环糊精包合物主客分子摩尔比为1∶1，平均收率为（75.9±1.4）%，平均包合率（64.0±2.0）%。结论羟乙桂胺-β-环糊精包合物可使其溶解度大大增加。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the preparation method of the inclusion compound of idrocilamide-β-cyclodextrin(β-CD).METHODS The inclusion compound was prepared by saturated solution method,and its structure was proved by infrared (IR)and UV spectra.RESULTS The molecular ratio of drug to β-CD in the inclusion compound was 1∶1;its average drug content was (64.0±2.0)%,and its average rate of inclusion was(75.9±1.4)%.CONCLUSIONS The inclusion compound of idrocilamide-β-CD can increase the solubility of idrocilamide. |
