丁酸对人牙周膜细胞增殖的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨丁酸对人牙周膜细胞增殖的影响.方法:用含不同浓度丁酸(0 mol/L,2 mol/L,4 mol/L,8mol/L)的培养液培养人牙周膜细胞,通过MTT法测定其增殖.结果:人牙周膜细胞进入指数生长期后,丁酸以剂量依赖的方式抑制人牙周膜细胞的增殖.结论:丁酸可能通过抑制人牙周膜细胞的增殖,进而影响牙周膜的改建和更新,促进牙周袋形成和牙周组织破坏.

Abstract:Aim: To explore the effect of butyrate on the growth of cultured human periodontal ligament cells (HPDLC).Methods:The growth velocity of cultured HPDLC in butyrate incubation solution with different concentrations(0 mol/L, 2 mol/L,4 mol/L, and 8 mol/L ) was determined by MTT.Results: Butyrate inhibited the growth of HPDLC in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion: It is suggested that butyrate released by pathogenic microorganisms contributes to the gingival tissue dysfunction and breakdown through inhibiting the growth of HPDLC.
