超声造影剂对兔肾VX2肿瘤血流显像影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的 探讨超声造影剂对兔肾VX2 肿瘤血流显像的影响。方法 采用超声引导下经皮组织块推注法建立 2 2只兔肾VX2 肿瘤模型 ,经兔耳缘静脉注射利声显 2 0 0mg/ml,应用二次谐波技术和视频密度定量技术观测肿瘤与肾皮质灰阶、能量及频谱在造影前后的变化。结果 造影后肿瘤与肾皮质的灰阶差值由 (1.0 4± 12 .49)dB/cm2 增加到 (11.77±15 .17)dB/cm2 ,能量面积比 (BFAR)差值由 (12 .84± 4.61) %增加到 (2 5 .73± 7.12 ) % ,测得的瘤内血流速度由 (2 2 .0 1±8.16)cm/s增加到 (2 9.5 0± 8.73 )cm/s,多普勒频谱视频密度由 (117.89± 49.74)dB/cm2 增加到 (14 2 .43± 5 1.3 1)dB/cm2 ,P值均小于 0 .0 1。结论 超声造影能显著提高兔肾VX2 肿瘤图像的显示效果 ,明显增加多普勒血流信号强度

Abstract:Purpose To explore the effect of contrast-enhancement on ultrasonography image of rabbit renal VX2 tumor. Methods There were twenty-two rabbit models in which left kidneys were implanted VX2 tumor. Levovist microbubbles were injected through ear vein at the dose of 200mg/ml. The second harmonic imaging and video-density quantitative determination were applied during the observation on the changes of tumor and renal cortex before and after Contrast-enhancement. Results Before and after Contrast-enhancement, the gray-scale balance between kidney cortex and tumor rised from (1.04±12.49)dB/cm2 to (11.77±15.17)dB/cm2, the BFAR from (12.84±4.61)% to (25.73±7.12)%, the velocity observed of intra-tumor blood flow from (22.01±8.16)cm/s to (29.50±8.73)cm/s, the video-density quantitative determination of Doppler spectrum from (117.89±49.74)dB/cm2 to (142.43±51.31)dB/cm2. Conclusion Contrast-enhancement can enhance manifest effect of rabbit renal VX2 tumor significantly, increase the intensity of Doppler flow signal.
