泰勒宁片纳肛对肛肠疾病术后镇痛效果观察

目的　探讨肛肠疾病术后有效镇痛的方法。方法　 14 0例肛肠疾病患者随机分为两组 ,每组 70例 ,受试组肛肠手术结束时及术后 1,2d ,使用泰勒宁片纳肛 ;对照组术后使用索米痛片。结果　受试组显效 5 2例 ,有效 15例 ;对照组显效 7例 ,有效 19例 ,无效 44例。两组总有效率相比 ,受试组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　肛肠疾病术后使用泰勒宁片纳肛镇痛效果良好 ,且患者能够耐受 ,不易成瘾

Analgesic Effect of Plugging in Anus with Tylox Tablet on Patients with Anorectal Diseases after Operation

Objective To discuss the effective analgesic means to anorectal diseases after operation. Methods All the 140 patients were divided into experimental group and control group at random,which each consisted of 70 ones.Tylox tablets were put into experimental group's anuses at the moment that the operations had just been completed,and were plugged in on the first and second postoperative day as well;while control group took somedon tablets.Results In experimental group,there were 52 cases that had clear analgesic effect and 15 cases that had moderate effect;while the numbers were respectively 7 and 19 in control group in which 44 cases had no effect.A significant difference existed in total effect rate ( P <0.01).Conclusion It is suggested that there be a better analgesic effect under the condition that Tylox tablet is administered in anus after operation of anorectal disease.
