舒血宁注射液对慢性肺心病肺动脉高压伴高粘血症的影响

摘    要:目的为探讨舒血宁注射液对慢性肺心病患者肺动脉高压伴高粘血症的影响。方法将60例缓解期肺心病伴高粘血症患者分为两组,治疗组32例,予以舒血宁注射液25ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注,每天1次,15d1疗程,对照组28例,予以5%葡萄糖注射液250ml静脉滴注,两组病例分别于治疗前及治疗后各做心脏彩超1次,各抽空腹血测血液流变学1次。心脏彩超测三尖瓣区血流返流速度,计算出收缩期肺动脉压。结果统计学分析显示治疗组治疗后Vt有非常显著下降(P〈0.01)、SPAP有显著下降(P〈0.05)。全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积较治疗前明显降低(P〈0.05)。对照组治疗前后各指标无明显变化,两组比较有显著差异。结论本研究表明舒血宁注射液可显著降低SPAP及血粘度,可用于肺心病的防治。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of ShuXueNing injection on blood hyperviscosity intreatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods 60 patients of CPHD were randomly di-vided into two groups, treatment group (n=32) received ShuXueNing injection 25ml+5% Gs 250mliv gtt control group (n=28) received 5% Gs 250ml iv gtt. Color Doppler Chocardiographies werecarried out before treatment and measure the velocity of blood backflow at tricuspid valve(Vt) andcalculated, the systolic pulmonary arterial pressure(SPAP) fasting blood laboratory examination wasmade in the two groups before and after the treatment respectively. Findings of the laboratory werestatistically analysed. Results Vt plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity fibrinogen and RBCpacked cell volume and SPAP decreased significantly in treatment group as compared with controlgroup (P<0.05). Conclusion ShuXueNing injection can lower SPAP and blood riscosity obviouslyand be used in prevention and treatment of CPHD.
