| 摘 要： | 本文通过对74例青年肺癌进行临床分析,并以185例老年肺癌作对照,显示青年肺癌中未分化癌明显高于老年组(P<0.01),且恶性度高,转移早,发展快,愈后差,应力争早期诊断.

| Abstract: | Clinical analysis was made of 74 cases of juvenile pulmonary carcinoma and com-panisions were made between juvenile pulmonary carcinoma and senile pulmonary carcinoma. The results indicated that the undifferentiated carcinoma of juvenile group was higher that that of senile group. The characteristics of juvenile pulmonary carcinoma were high malignancy, early metastatic, rapid growth and unfavourable prognosis. We suggest that early diagnosis should be made. |
