磷酸盐包埋材料抗压强度的实验研究

摘    要:目的 比较3种不同磷酸盐包埋材料经焙烧后抗压强度的差异。方法 选用3种包埋材料:Heravest Speed,GILVESTⅡS,X-20 Chrome Investment,将3种包埋材料的粉液按厂商推荐比例混合调拌,灌注成型。经900℃ 焙烧后在室温下用万能材料试验机检测实验标本的抗压强度。结果 不同品牌的磷酸盐包埋材料抗压强度存在显著差异(P<0·01)。结论 实验条件下,X-20 Chrome Investment包埋材料使用专用液调拌的标本抗压强度值最高。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to compare the compressive strength of phosphate-bonded investments. METHODS: The three sorts of investments were mixed according to manufacturer's recommendation before poured in the molds. After heated up to 900 degrees C, every sample was mounted on a universal experimental machine to test its compressive strength in ambient. RESULTS: Significant differences were found between the four groups(P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: From the data above it is concluded that the compressive strength of X-20 Chrome Investment mixed with the special liquid was the highest.
