2001～2005年磁窑堡地区部分初中学生视力状况观察

目的]了解初中学生的视力状况和发展动态,为开展视力低下防治工作提供科学依据.方法]对2001～2005年磁窑堡地区3所中学初中学生视力进行监测.结果]2001～2005年合计,检查学生3 435人,视力低下率为41.62%,其中初一学生1223人为39.49%,初二学生1196人为41.81%,初三学生1016人为43.90%(P＞0.05);男生1782人为36.48%,女生1653人为47.06%(P＜0.01).2005年的334名视力低下者中,近视占97.70%,其他为眼疾.近视的327人中,轻度低下52人,中度低下133人,重度低下142人.结论]初中学生视力低下率较高,绝大多数视力低下者为近视.

Investigation on Eyesight Situation of Junior Middle School Students in Ciyaobao District from 2001 to 2005

Objective]To understand the eyesight situation and developments of junior middle school students, in order to provide scientific basis for poor eyesight control.Methods]To analyze the data of eyesight inspection on the junior middle school students from 3 middle schools in CiYaoBao district from 2001 to 2005.Results]The rate of low eyesight was 41.62% among 3435 students. The low eyesight rate was 39.49% for 1 223 grade one students, 41.81% for 1196 Grade two students, and 43.90% for 1016 Grade three students(P>0.05). The low eyesight rate was 36.48% for total 1782 boys, 47.06% for 1653 girls (P<0.01). Among the 334 low eyesight students of 2005, the short eyesight ones covered 97.70%, the rest had diseases of eyes. Among the 327 short eyesight students, the middle degree eyesight ones were 52 students; the moderate were 133 persons; the worse were 142 students.Conclusion]The rate of low eyesight for junior middle school students was quite high,and almost all of them were short eyesight.
