脂肪细胞因子与胰岛素抵抗关系的研究进展

现在研究认为脂肪组织是胰岛素抵抗(IR)产生的始发部位。脂肪组织除了能调节人体能量代谢平衡外,还可以分泌多种细胞因子如肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、瘦素、脂联素和抵抗素等。在已发现的脂肪细胞因子中,瘦素、TNF-α和脂联素等与IR密切关联。瘦素可抑制胰岛素分泌,TNF-α的分泌与胰岛素调节的葡萄糖代谢存在高度负相关。脂联素对于维持胰岛素敏感性和正常的糖代谢是必需的。同时,亦有一些细胞因子与IR的关系有待证实。本文就脂肪因子与胰岛素抵抗之间的关系进行综述。

Study Progress of Relationship between Adipocyte Factor and Insulin Resistance

Recent studys showed adipose tissue was the first position originating insulin resistance,which also can secrete many cytokines including TNF-α,leptin,adiponectin,resistin and so on.besides its ability of regulating the enengy metabolic balance of human body.Among these discovered adipocyte factor,TNF-α,leptin,adiponectin and so on have close relationship with IR.Leptin can inhibit the secretion of insulin,Secretion of TNF-αhas high negative correlation with glucose metabolism regulated by insulin.Adiponectin is essential in maintaining insulin sensibility and normal glucose metabolism.Meanwhile,the relationship between some cytekines and IR still needs proving.This article reviews relationship between adipocyte factors and IR.
