摘    要:目的 探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对人牙周膜细胞(PDLF)合成纤维连接蛋白(Fn)的影响. 方法 取体外培养的PDLF,按加入的bFGF终浓度分为0 ng/ml(对照),1 ng/ml,10 ng/ml,50 ng/ml,100 ng/ml bFGF五组,继续培养72 h后应用免疫细胞化学方法 观察细胞胞质中Fn的合成情况. 结果 与对照组相比,PDLF中Fn的表达在1-100 ng/ml bFGF都明显增多,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中在10-50 ng/ml bFGF时增加水平最为显著,达到最佳效果. 结论 bFGF有促进PDLC合成纤维连接蛋白的作用.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)on fibronection(Fn)expression in human perio-dontal ligament fibroblasts(HPLFs). Methods Human periodontal ligament fibroblasts cultured in vitro were exposed to bFGF(0 ng/ml,1 ng/ml,10 ng/ml,50 ng/ml,100 ng/ml)for 72 h.Immunohistochemical technique was used to examine the Fn expression.
