双酶法合成D—(—)—对羟基苯甘氨酸

摘    要:目的 研究用土壤杆菌CPU1295完整细胞双酶转化法生产D-(-)-对羟基苯甘氨酸。方法 通过测定D-因酶及D-氨甲酰酶的比活力来选择发酵和转化反应条件。结果 经优化,两酶化活力分别达到1.3u/ml发酵液和0.46u/ml发酵液,终产物经鉴定为D-(-)-对羟基苯甘氨酸。结论 本法是一种有发展前途的生产工艺。

Abstract:AIM To investigate the process of producing D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine from DL-p-hydroxy-phenylhydantoin via the catalysis of intact cells of Agrobacterium sp. CPU 1295. METHODS The fermentation and conversion conditons were chosen by means of determining the D-hydantoinase and N-carbamoylase specific activity. RESULTS Under the optimized conditions 1.3 u/ml of D-hydantoinase specific activity and 0.46 u/ml of N-carbamoylase specific activity were achieved. CONCLUSION This process is feasible for the manufacture of D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine.
