青少年鼻窦炎与家族性患病因素相关性分析

目的探讨青少年鼻窦炎与家族性患病因素的相关性。方法对62例青少年慢性鼻窦炎患者进行问卷调查，根据患者和其亲属成员里有无鼻塞、脓涕、头昏（痛）、嗅觉障碍等症状评分，有1项症状则得1分，最后合计分值，满分4分，无症状者为0分，家族成员中2个以上有症状者将其合计分值累加。结果患者家族成员中既往或至今仍有鼻-鼻窦炎症状者为30例，发病率为48．39％，患者得分平均（265±1．03）分，家族成员平均得分（1．45±1．85）分；r=0．431，P〈0，05。Ⅱ型慢性鼻窦炎病例组，患者得分平均（2．74±1．33）分，家族成员平均得分（2．42±2．22）分；r=0．719，P〈0．05。结论青少年鼻窦炎与家族性患病因素具有相关性．其中Ⅱ型慢性鼻窭炎与家族性患病因素且有显著相关性。

Correlation between chronic sinusitis and familial predisposing factor in adolescent

Objective To explore the correlation between chronic sinusitis and familial predisposing factor in adolescent.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 62 adolescent chronic sinusitis patients and their family. We scored for them according to attendance of nasal obstruction, pyoid rhinorrhea, dizziness（ headache ） and dysosmia. We gave one point every symptom and accumulate the score. If more than two family members have the symptoms, we accumulated the score of everyone.Results 30 family members had chronic sinusitis. The attack rate is 48.39% （30/62）.The average score of patients is 2.65 ± 1.03,the family members＇is 1.45 ± 1.85;r=-0.431, P〈0.05.In Ⅱ type chronic sinusitis,the two scores are 2.74 ± 1.33,2.42 ± 2.22（r=0.719,P〈0.05 ）respectively.Conclusion Adolescent chronic sinusitis is related to familial predisposing factor, significant correlation was revealed in Ⅱ type chronic sinusitis.
