负压进针法在急诊患儿静脉输液中的应用

目的探讨通过挤压输液管产生负压提高静脉穿刺成功率的效果。方法将400例需静脉输液的6个月～6岁的急诊患儿分为试验组与对照组2组，试验组采用改进方法进行穿刺，对照组采用常规方法进行穿刺，对比2组穿刺效果。结果试验组回血时间短于对照组（u=25．33，p〈0．01），回血量少于对照组（u=10．0，p〈0．01），穿刺成功率明显优于对照组（χ^2=5．53，p〈0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论利用负压技术能明显提高穿刺效果。

The Application of Suction Needle Method on Children in Emergent Intravenous Infusion

Objective：To explore the effect of using Suction Needle Method for intravenous infusion to improve the success rate of venous puncture by squeezing tubes.Methods：Four hundred children with age of six months to six-year-old were divided into the test group and the control group,the test group used improved methods for intravenous iufusion,the control group used conventional methods for intravenous infusion,two puncture success rates were compared.Results：The quantity and time of blood backstreaming were less than control group（p〈0.01）,the puncture success rate of the test group was better than the control group（p〈0.05）.Conclusion：Suction Needle Method can significantly improve the success rate of puncture.
