延龄草属植物化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘    要:延龄草属(Trillium L.)植物全世界约有50种,我国有3种,分别为吉林延龄草T.kamtschaticum Pall.、西藏延龄草T.govanianum Wall.和延龄草T.tschonoskii Maxim。延龄草属植物的主要化学成分为甾体皂苷类。现代药理学研究表明,药用延龄草属植物在抗癌、抗炎、镇痛、抗阿尔茨海默病、保肝、抗病原微生物、抗骨质疏松、抗氧化及改善心脑血管和消化系统疾病等方面具有显著作用。对国内外延龄草属植物的分布、化学成分、药理活性等进行系统综述,以期为延龄草属植物的深入研究和开发提供参考。

Abstract:There are about fifty species of Trillium L. in the world, three of which are in China, including T. kamtschaticum Pall., T. govanianum Wall., and T. tschonoskii Maxim. The main chemical constituents of Trillium L. are steroidal saponins. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that medicinal plants of Trillium L. have significant effects in anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and analgesic, anti-Alzheimer''s disease, liver protection, anti-pathogenic microorganisms, anti-osteoporosis, anti-oxidation functions, and the alleviation of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and digestive systems. In this paper, the distribution, chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Trillium L. in China and abroad have been systematically reviewed, so as to provide a reference for the in-depth research, development and utilization of Trillium L.
