空心钉内固定对老年股骨颈骨折患者血液流变学的影响

目的研究老年人股骨颈骨折后血液流变学的变化及空心钉内固定对血液流变特性的影响。方法作者科室2006-01/2007-12月行闭合复位、空心加压螺钉治疗的36例老年新鲜股骨颈骨折患者,于手术前1d及手术后10d进行血液流变学检测,并与36例正常老年人血液流变学指标进行比较。结果术后10d,股骨颈骨折患者术后血液粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原及血沉明显下降,与术前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,与正常组相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论空心钉内固定能有效改善老年股骨颈骨折患者血液流变学特性,促进骨折愈合,预防下肢深静脉血栓形成。

Effect of Internal Fixation with Cannulated Compression Screws on the Hemorheology in Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

Objective To study the hemorheological changes in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture and the influence of internal fixation with cannulated compression screws on the hemorheology.Methods Totally 36 elderly patients with fresh femoral neck fractures treated during January 2006 to December 2007 were studied. Their hemorheological parameters 1 day before operation and 10 days after operation were compared with 36 normal elderly people serving as controls. Results There was a significant decrease in blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen and erythrocyte sedimentation rate （P0.05 or P0.01） 10 days after operation compared with those parameters before operation. The parameters of the patients after treatment were not different with those of the controls （P0.05）.Conclusion Internal fixation with cannulated compression screws can obviously improve the hemorheological status,promote fracture healing and prevent lower limb deep venous thrombosis in elderly patients with fresh femoral neck fractures.
