凋亡基因在肿瘤耐药中的作用

摘    要:目的 观察凋亡基因CD95/CD95L在肿瘤细胞耐药机制中的作用。方法 用DOX和CH-11作用于人多发性骨髓瘤细胞株RPMI8226和耐药株RPMI8226/DOX40,观察肿瘤细胞的凋亡基因的表达和死亡情况。结果 敏感株细胞CD95的表达高于耐药株,耐药株细胞获得对DOX耐药的同时,也获得对CD95的耐受。结论 CD95/CD95L系统涉及肿瘤耐药性的产生。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of apoptosis gene CD95/CD95L in drug resistant cell lines. Methods RPMI8226 and RPMI8226/DOX40 cells were treated with Dox and CH 11.Expression of CD95/CD95L and apoptosis were observed after treatment. Results CH 11 induced apoptosis in RPMI8226.But it has not such effects in RPMI8226/DOX cells. Conclusion CD95/CD95L system is involved in the mechanism of drug resistance.
