| 摘 要： | 以RIA与RPHA两法同时检测了2202例血清标本的HBsAg。RPHA法测得的HBsAg流行率仅为7.99%,而RIA法测得这个率为25.16%。RPHA(对于RIA)的敏感度仅为29.60%,特异度为99.27%。如果采用RPHA结果,我们的肝癌病因学定群研究就显得样本量不足,不能进行分层统计处理。而采用RIA结果,该项定群研究获得了很明确的结论。

| Abstract: | 2202 serum specimens were tested for HBsAg by both RIA and RPHA techniques.The results of RPHA showed that the prevalence rate of HBsAg in the target population was only 7.99%,but with RIA the prevalence rate was 25.16%.Thus,in comparison with RIA,the sensitivity of RPHA was only 29.60% and specificity 99.27%.If we were to use the results of RPHA in our cohort study on the etiology of primary liver cancer,the sample size would be too small to perform any stratified statistical study.But,by using the results of RIA,our cohort study gave very definite conclusion. |
