异位妊娠497例临床分析

目的观察中药保守治疗和手术治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法根据患者不同病情病症选择采用宫外孕Ⅰ号方、Ⅱ号方及消徵散治疗,常规剖腹手术及腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠。结果血绒毛促性腺激素（β-HCG）〈2 000 IU·L-1,多采用中药保守治疗,治愈率为90.4%;β-HCG〉2 000 IU·L-1,采用手术治疗,治愈率为97.2%。结论中药保守治疗及手术治疗异位妊娠均取得满意疗效,临床上合理选择治疗方法,减少患者痛苦,提高疗效。

Clinical analysis of 497 case of ectopic pregnancy

Aim To explore the effect of clinical treating ectopic pregnancy with conservative treatment and operation.Methods According to the different condition ectopic pregnancy symptoms choice Ⅰ,Ⅱ and scattered treatment of party conventional laparotomy and laparoscopy surgery were all used to treat ectopic pregnancy.Results Conservative treatment was used when β-HCG < 2 000 IU·L-1,on the other hand operation was used when β-HCG > 2 000 IU·L-1.Conclusion Conservative treatment and operation were bothget satisfactory effect.Rational choice should be made to reduced pain,and enhance the curative effect.
