“传帮带”在青年教师培养中作用探索

为充分发挥教学、科研经验丰富的教师的作用，培养青年教师尽早成为教学、科研的中坚力量，打造一支教学素养高、执教能力强、科研水平优秀的《方剂学》教学团队，开展了以“传帮带”方式对青年教师进行培养。本文从“传”承学科教学团队优良传统；“帮”助青年教师尽快成长；“带”动青年教师取得佳绩方面探索了“传帮带”在青年教师培养中所起的作用，为青年教师的培养方法提供了思路。
