胃炎证候要素分布规律及辨证分型研究

目的 通过收集整理慢性胃炎的现代文献,探索辨证及证候分布规律,为中医证候的客观化与规范化研究奠定基础。方法 设定检索策略,将符合标准的合格文献纳入,建立文献数据库,提取相关的证候要素,同时规范证名,运用统计软件SPSS对慢性胃炎的中医证型和证候要素进行统计分析。结果 慢性胃炎的常见证型为脾气虚弱、肺脾气虚、湿热内蕴、气阴两虚等;病位主要涉及脾、肝和胃;病性以湿、热、痰、气虚、阴虚为主。结论 慢性胃炎的辨证诊断标准和相应的证候名称目前缺乏规范,成为学术交流和临床应用的瓶颈,“证候要素”的引入很有必要且为实现中医辨证的量化、客观化奠定基础。

Literature Research about Distribution of Typing of Syndrome Differentiation and Syndrome Factors of Chronic Gastritis

Objective To explore the distribution discipline of syndrome differentiation and syndromes on Chronic Gastritis （CG） by system evaluating the literature of CG, and to give some basis on the research of objectification and standardization about traditional Chi- nese medicine syndrome. Methods By means of inclusion criteria and retrieval strategy to collect literature, to extract syndrome factors and standardize the tide of syndrome, build up a literature data-base and analyze the data by SPSS. Results Type of CG, often witness for intrinsic spleen weakness syndrome, Lung deficiency syndrome temper, syndrome of interior dampness-heat, Qi and Yin deficiency, etc. Location of disease mainly related to the spleen, liver and stomach, Nature with dampness, heat, phlegm, Qi deficiency, Yin deftciency. Conclusion The title of diagnostic criteria and corresponding syndromes names currendy are so unregulated that become the bottleneck of academic exchange and clinical application. It is necessary to introduction of the ＂ syndrome element＂ , and to lay the foundation for quantitative and objective on TCM syndrome differentiation.
