针刺结合聪耳息鸣汤治疗耳鸣80例

目的 观察针刺结合聪耳息鸣汤治疗耳鸣的临床疗效。方法 将160例耳鸣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各80例;对照组采用聪耳息鸣汤治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上结合针刺治疗,治疗四周后观察疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状积分和总的临床疗效。结果 治疗后两组患者的临床症状积分与治疗前相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且治疗后组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组;在总的临床疗效方面,治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组为67.5%,经统计学比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）治疗组优于对照组。结论 针刺结合聪耳息鸣汤治疗耳鸣疗效确切,具有实际使用价值。

Tinnitus Treated by Acupuncture Combined with Cong＇erximing Decoction for 80 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical effection of tinnitus by acupuncture combined with Cong＇erximing （hearing ear stopping staging） Decoction. Methods 160 padents with tinnitus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 80 cases in each group; Control group adopts the treatment of Cong＇erximing Decoction,treatment group on the basis of control group therapy combined with acupuncture treatment, after four weeks＂ treatment, compared two groups before and afcer treatment in patients with clinical symptom integral and the total clinical curative effect. Results Two groups after treatment compared with before treatment of the patient＇s clinical symptoms integral differences statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and comparing differences between treatment group with statistical significance （P〈0.05）, the treatment group is better than the control group; In terms of the total clinical curative effect, treatment group total effective rate was 87.5%, the control group was 67.5%, by statistical comparison difference was statisdcaUy significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Cong＇erximing Decoction is valueable in tinnitus ,and is worthing of clinical application.
