坤泰胶囊联合药学服务治疗绝经期综合征疗效评价

目的：探讨坤泰胶囊联合药学服务治疗绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2011年7月至2013年10月收治的绝经综合征患者86例，随机分为两组各43例，对照组患者给予坤泰胶囊治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合药学服务，观察两组Kupperman评分改善情况和不良反应发生情况，对比两组临床疗效。结果经治疗，观察组总有效率为90.7%，明显高于对照组的79.1%（P〈0.05）；观察组患者治疗3个月后Kupperman评分（8.03±5.24）分，较治疗前显著降低（P〈0.05），同时与对照组相比无显著性差异（P〉0.05）；两组均未发生不良反应。结论坤泰胶囊联合药学服务治疗绝经期综合征，疗效显著，安全性高，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Kuntai Capsule Combined Pharmaceutical Care in the Treatment of Menopausal Syndrome Curative Effect Evaluation

Objective Kuntai capsule combine pharmaceutical care clinical curative effect for the treatment of menopausal syndrome.
