养心汤改善冠心病心绞痛30例

目的 评价养心汤在冠心病心绞痛治疗中的疗效。方法 选取60例冠心病心绞痛病人,随机分为两组,每组30例。两组均给予基础西药治疗,治疗组加用养心汤治疗,疗程均为4周。结果 治疗组心绞痛疗效总有效率93.3%,心电图疗效总有效率86.7%,硝酸甘油停减率88.2%,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 养心汤治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,安全可靠,值得推广。

Efficacy of Yangxin Decoction on Improvement of Angina Symptoms for 30 Cases

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Yangxin Decoction on the treatment of angina. Methods 60 cases of angina patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, N=30. All patients in 2 groups were treated with the basic western medicine, while Yangxin Decoction was used only for patients in treatment group. A course were four weeks. Results In the treatment groups, the total effective rate of angina was 93.3%, the total effective rate of ECG was 86.7%, stop reduction rate of Nitroglycerin was 88.2%.Treatment group were better than the control group. Differences between the two groups is statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Yangxin Decoction＇s efficacy of treatment with angina is the exact, safe and reliable, worthy of promotion.
