换位思考在孤残儿童护理中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨换位思考在护理孤残儿童中的应用价值。方法:选择80例孤残儿童作为观察对象,进行心理辅导、康复锻炼及特教、社会群体等换位思考活动护理。结果:换位思考显著提高护理人员对孤残儿童的了解,纠正他们不良的心理问题,使其愿意与人沟通,积极参加一些社会活动,提高自己的适应能力,为以后更好的适应社会奠定基础。结论:换位思考明显提高基础护理质量,提高孤残儿童的生活质量。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate application values of trans-positional thinking in the care of orphans and disabled children. Methods:80 orphans and disabled children were chosen as the observation object, and given the trans-positional thinking nursing like psychological counseling, rehabilitation exercise and special education, and social group activities. Results: The trans-positional thinking could significantly improve nurses' understanding of the orphans and disabled children to correct their bad psychological prob-lems, make them to communicate with each other and actively participate in social activities, and improve their ability to adapt, which lay a foundation for later better adaptation to society. Conclusions: The trans-positional thinking can significantly improve the basic care quality and improve the quality of life of the orphans and disabled children.
