| 摘 要： | 目的：了解乡镇卫生院疾控岗位绩效考核现状。方法：采用问卷调查,采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行一般描述性分析。结果：88.8%的乡镇卫生院开展了疾控岗位绩效考核。政府、疾控机构和乡镇卫生院共同组织考核。考核频度以季度考核和半年考核为主;考核内容主要为工作数量、工作质量、业务能力、群众满意度、医德医风和劳动纪律;考核形式以内部员工和群众访谈为主;考核结果与疾控岗位人员的工资、奖金等物质激励与职业发展、培训提高等非物质激励相挂钩。结论：乡镇卫生院疾控岗位绩效考核的关键环节缺乏针对性,影响了绩效考核效果,考核应根据岗位工作性质及各地实际情况组织进行,避免形式主义,以取得实效。
