帕利哌酮合并舍曲林快速改善精神分裂症后抑郁的疗效及安全性研究

目的:探讨帕利哌酮合并舍曲林快速改善精神分裂症后抑郁的疗效及安全性。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,单用组:单用帕利哌酮,合用组:帕利哌酮合用舍曲林,采用PANSS、HAMD于治疗前和治疗后1、2、4、6周末评定临床疗效;TESS评定不良反应;观察期为6周。结果:单用组患者于治疗第4周抑郁出现改善,HAMD总分较治疗前减少,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);合用组患者于治疗第2周抑郁明显改善,HAMD与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);合用组患者较单用组抑郁改善快,两组患者间HAMD总分在第4周及第6周存在显著差异(P<0.01);两组患者出现不良反应均轻微,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:帕利哌酮合并舍曲林可快速改善精神分裂症后抑郁症状,使用较为安全。

Study of efficacy and safety of Paliperidone combined with Sertraline in quick improvement of post-schizophrenic depression

Objective：To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of Paliperidone combined with Sertraline in quick improvement of post-schizophrenic depression. Methods：60 patients were randomly assigned into single group （ 30 cases, treated with Paliperi-done） and combination group （30 cases, treated with Paliperidone combined with Sertraline）. The positive and negative syndrome scale （ PANSS） and the Hamilton depression scale （ HAMD） were used to assess the clinical efficacy, while the treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） was used to evaluate the side effects at baseline, and 1, 2, 4 and 6 weeks after the treatment. Observation pe-riod was six weeks. Results： The single group showed improvement of depressive symptoms 4 weeks after the treatment, the HAMD score had decreased compared with that before the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 01）. The combina-tion group showed improvement of depressive symptoms 2 weeks after the treatment, the HAMD score had decreased compared with that before the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. The depressive symptoms improved sooner in combina-tion group than in single group. The HAMD scores were significantly different between the two at 4 weeks and 6 weeks after the treat-ment. There were a few side effects in both groups, but no significant difference was found （P〉0. 05）. Conclusions： Paliperidone combined with Sertraline can improve depressive symptoms after schizophrenia rapidly and is safely.
